Project Background
Platinum Truck and Equipment hired New Era Excavation to perform sitework for their new 15,000 square foot industrial building. The project required considerable excavation, filling, material export, and utility tie-ins. New Era Excavation was selected because of our expertise in using advanced technologies like GPS-guided equipment and Universal Total Stations, which allowed us to execute jobs efficiently and ahead of schedule. Coordination with local authorities for water and sewer service tie-ins, construction of a closed drainage system, and rehabilitation of an existing parking space were all hurdles for the project. Our expertise in utilizing cutting-edge technology qualified us for the project, guaranteeing that all tasks were performed on time and under budget.
OUR APPROACH
Our strategy to overcome the hurdles in this project was to draw on our team’s experience with modern technology and collaborating with local authorities. To assure accuracy and efficiency in duties such as excavation, filling, material export, and pavement grading, we used GPS-guided equipment and Universal Total Stations. We collaborated closely with local authorities to plan the water and sewer service connections, build the closed drainage system and rehabilitate the existing parking lot. Our method was designed to ensure that all projects were done on schedule and on budget, while also minimizing inconvenience to the neighboring community. We successfully achieved each of these goals.THE RESULTS

They both made valuable suggestions and had great ideas for creating a practical work yard.
