Tom grew up in his family’s landscaping business and has been moving dirt his entire life. Tom graduated in 2009 from the Thompson School of Applied Science at the University of New Hampshire with associate degrees in Construction Management and Business Management.

On social media Tom is known as The Dirt Ninja. Between his YouTube, Facebook and Instagram pages he has 50,000+ followers.

In the winter months, he teaches classes on how to use social media to promote business and close more potential sales. In 2012, Tom auditioned for and was selected to be on Discovery Channel’s “Machines of Glory”, a construction equipment operating competition show. The show aired December 30th, 2012, and his team won!
Craig has been in the excavation field for over 7 years. Craig is a 2010 graduate of The University of New Hampshire with an associate’s degree in Construction Management and Bachelors in Community and Environmental Planning.
Since then Craig has worked on a wide variety of commercial, residential, and municipal projects. These projects have ranged from new subdivisions to large commercial site development to municipal water and sewer systems. However, he always maintains an eye for detail having worked on small projects as well; such as walkway reconstruction, loading dock construction, and interior excavation for tenant fit up.
Craig has also gained valuable management experience working in the winter for one of the area’s largest snow removal contractors as a supervisor. In this role he has gained extensive experience in leadership and business management. Craig is a licensed New Hampshire septic installer, is OSHA 10 certified, and has his New Hampshire asbestos disposal site contractor’s certification.
