The site was located on a steep incline with solid ledge, ruling out blasting due to the close proximity of existing homes and artesian wells in the area.
Project Background
Our team used GPS modeling, layout, and machine control technology to hammer exactly to line and grade, avoiding unnecessary expense for the client. Our operator self-performed all hammering work to the correct grades and layout, streamlining the process and ensuring accuracy. Our work on the site included driveway installation, site grading, house foundation excavation and backfill, underground utility excavation and backfill, septic system installation, and underground water cistern excavation, installation, and backfill.
